The new Chapter Certification Center hosted its inaugural all-day event on September 26, 2025, marking a major milestone for the facility  This occasion was the very first opportunity for Certification Program staff to meet Emily Boirum, Chapter Certification Center Manager, in person, fostering fresh introductions and team connections.

Attendees enjoyed a guided tour of the Center, exploring its amenities and innovative spaces for the first time.  While most of the office furniture will not arrive until next month, and no lob equipment has been ordered yet, it was clear to see how the facility will come together over the next several weeks.

The day included a Certification Staff Meeting, a communal lunch, and a Board Meeting, all held in the newly designed and furnished main training area.  Staff and board members connected and collaborated, with positive feedback on the welcoming atmosphere and anticipated features.
